He was very courteous. He called me to keep me informed of the status of my project. He was very accommodating and worked with my schedule. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his excellent customer service skills. Although we had a small project (we needed a couple of shingles replaced)Melvin made us feel as though we were his biggest and most important client.
